By accessing or using BusinessDealRadar.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BusinessDealRadar provides AI-assisted search, analysis, and scoring of publicly listed businesses for sale. All analyses are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, abusing rate limits, attempting to access other users' data, or using outputs to harass listing owners or brokers.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All Service content, branding, and software are owned by BusinessDealRadar or its licensors. You may use AI-generated analyses for your own evaluation purposes but may not resell or redistribute them.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings or analyses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessDealRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any business decision made using it.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
